Where The Wind Comes Sweepin' Down The Plains
After Kate saw/became obsessed with an episode of Curious George flying a kite, we bought her a kite for her Birthday and took it on it's maiden voyage a few weeks ago. I've never seen her have so much fun. She got the hang of it really quickly and was sure to do it all by herself. "I DO IT!!!" "KATE'S TURN!!!" We had to bribe her with candy to get her to leave!

Kites are so fun! Looks like Kate had a grand time! I love the last shot! So cute!
the midwest is certainly the best place for kite flying! i agree with mom - that last shot is priceless!
